Relatives

 Today I am going to talk about my grandmother, Maria Angelica, whom we affectionately called Keka. Keka was a fundamental figure in my life from the time I was just a child of 3 or 4 years old until the age of 14. 


Throughout her life, Keka worked tirelessly at Corfo, although the exact details of her tenure there escape my memory. I remember visiting the building downtown on several occasions, but what really stood out about her was her dedication and passion for everything she did. After retirement, she was finally able to devote herself to the things she was passionate about, such as knitting, traveling and enjoying the company of her friends. Her active and energetic spirit always shone through in every activity she undertook.

Keka was an exceptionally loving and affectionate person. She always showed her affection consistently, both with me and my brother. From the moment of our birth, she was present at every stage of our lives, offering her unconditional support and affection. In addition, her sense of humor was contagious; she always made us laugh with her witticisms and jokes.

Her sociable nature made her the center of attention at any gathering. She was always surrounded by friends and family, sharing stories, conversations and laughter. Keka had the rare ability to make everyone feel welcome and loved in her presence. She was a true source of joy to those who had the privilege of knowing her.

FP top 5

During this break I went with my girlfriend to his village, Toquihua, to her parent´s house. I stayed there from the 9th to the 19th of September, so I was with them during the 18. Actually we didn´t do a lot because we took this week to relax, due to the high stress in coming, but here are 5 things: 1) Sleep: Same as the professor. We wake up early most of the days, so, we take the option of sleeping late most days. We really enjoyed this! 2) Cook: During the time I was there we cook a lot, from midnight cravings to traditional food like"empolvados", wich were really good! The bad part of this was that, after cooking, we have to wash the dishes, wich was awfull 3) Watch movies: every night we wacth a different movie! O ne day she picked one and the other day the pick was mine, we even saw "El Conde", which turned out to be very boring. 4) Meet her family: even tho I used to know his parents, now I meet some of her uncles and aunts, they were very nice and friendly

Miranda

The time I was in Iquique, January-February 2020, coincided with the local festival, which is free, where a lot of musicians and comedians went, including Miranda. That time I went with my parents and my brother, and although Miranda was not the show we most wanted to see, we stayed there listening to the whole show, about 40 minutes. Although I didn't think I knew more than a couple of their songs, I really enjoyed their show and could at least hum several of their songs. From that moment on I started to listen to them on a more regular basis and I hope to be able to go to another one of their concerts soon. That's the concert I enjoyed the most (I haven't been to many either) because of all the context it had: a vacation, the relaxation of the beach, the kind of music Miranda plays and everything that would come later with the covid. That day Américo was also and played "Mujeres y Cerveza" :)

Test practice

 I feel that the activity questions in general were not difficult, but there are 2 elements that overcomplicated them in my opinion: * The speed and duration of some of the audios made the exercise extremely tedious, so at least for me, I lost focus and had to backtrack, it happened to me several times throughout the practice test. * The conversations and descriptions of elements were ridiculously long, even to levels where the practicality of the language was lost and everything was unnecessarily overcomplicated. It is extremely different to a real english conversation
